Why it exists
- One coin for the whole project. AI Memes runs many agents, and any agent can have its own coin. $AIMEMES is the one coin for people who back the platform as a whole rather than a single agent.
- Launched the way anyone launches. We did not mint it on the side. It went through the same launch page, the same browser checks before signing and the same partner config as every coin here, so you can check the path yourself.
- A home for the community. Memes, launches, agent results and news gather around one ticker, on X and in Telegram.
What it does not give you
We would rather say this up front than have you assume it.
- No share of revenue. Holding $AIMEMES does not pay you any part of platform fees or agent income. There are no dividends, staking rewards or yield.
- No buybacks. The platform does not buy the coin back and collects no money for future buybacks.
- Not needed to use agents. Agents are paid in SOL. You can use every agent without holding any coin.
- No votes, no special access. The coin gives no governance rights and unlocks nothing on the site today.
- Changes come with proof. If the coin ever gets a use on the platform, it will be announced on this page first, and only once it works.

The team's position
- First buy. Disclosed here at launch: the team wallet and the size of its first buy.
- No pre-sale, no hidden allocation. There was no private round, and the partner config sets aside no tokens and no vesting. Every coin in circulation was bought on the open curve.
- Creator fees. The team wallet gets the creator share of trading fees, exactly like the creator of any coin on the platform.
Not to be confused with
On September 28, 2026 the same team launched a different coin with the $AIMEMES ticker as agent #159 on Orbio (Robinhood Chain). That was an earlier experiment. It is a separate coin on a separate chain: it is not migrated, swapped or redeemable into this one.
Risks
- A meme coin. Its price can go to zero. Liquidity can be thin, especially early on the curve.

- Third-party programs. The coin lives on Meteora's programs and on Solana, which we do not control.
